What Does this ultrasound Result Mean?

My Ovaries report is here: Both Ovaries are enlarged in size.Right ovary is measuring about 4.3cm&2.1 cm and left ovary is measuring about 3.6cm&1.6cm.There are sevveral follicles seen in both ovarian parenchyma.Linear free fluid collection is seen in pouch of Douglas . It was my report. But i want to know, IS IT A SERIOUS PROBLEM??OR IT S NOT A PROBLEM? If it be a problem what can i do?

the report suggesting enlarged ovaries with fluid in pouch of douglas requires medical attention with qualified gynaecologist.It is better you consult gynaecologist.
